Price reference for amendments to the existing clients website. All fees are due before the work starts.


1. One page to go in the web site $100.00. This may include any or all of the following; Composing & typing of the wordings on the page.
Scanning any image or plan.
Any and all image work on the page itself needed for the page being built.
All links via menus and image works from and to the page being build.
Any logo or button and linkage leading to or from the page.
The page will be Search Engine Optimized.

 


2. For Realtor website Configuring & Listing of a resale property cost $100.00. This consist of several pages which includes all the image work description and links etc. (The description and photos are provided by the client.)

3. For Realtors Listing of new homes from builders & developers $2500.00. This includes unlimited pages, and the followings are some most common for every page. Composing & typing of the wordings on the page.
Scanning any image or plan.
Any and all image work on the page itself needed for the page being built.
All links via menus and image works from and to the page being build.
Any logo or button and linkage leading to or from the page.
All the pages will be optimized to be most search engine friendly.

 

4. Logos $100.00 to $150.00 depending on its complexity or weather it is flashing or not.

 

5. Corprate ID's plus logos $300.00 ( Most logo creating companies start from $750 & up.)

 

6. Input Forms $250 to 450.00 depending on their complexity. These are the forms that collect information from clients and uses email to send info to the web site owner. Again this involves building;

•  Web page

•  logo or button image for the page

•  Building of the form itself to collect the submitted information via the web site.

•  Data base system to capture the data coming from the website by the use of form, and email system build for this

•  Email system to interact with the database and users own email.

 

7. Web Optimization work. This is done on a regular basis to have the website rank high and appear on top of the lists of Google, Yahoo, AOL and 100 other smaller search engines.

The charges are on a monthly basis and start at $250.00 per month.

 

8.  Pay Per Click for Google and Yahoo. The prices for this to be discussed with the client for their exact needs.

9. Emails Setup & Maintenance: Initial set up fees for each email is $100.00. And $10.00pm there after for service and maintenance.

 

10. Domain registration costs are $19.95 per year for most domain extensions.

 

11. Costs for the transfer of a Domain name from one owner to another owner is $50.00 per domain.

 

12. Reinstating of the web site $1800. If your web site hosting expires due to none / late payment at renewal, the reinstating of the website involves a lot of work that includes.

setting up the website
setting up the databases,
setting up emails, which involves
setting up all the files,
setting up images,
Setting up links and many more.
The costs could exceed this amount, if the web site has a booking system, and all the properties and their booking calendar need to be restored
